The wing wear could explain the lines, some BOLD ones do have narrower lines. The black fringe is a problem however - all the BOLD specimens have yellow fringes.

I don't think this is Nacoleia amphicedalis. The white bands on the abdomen are different as are the markings in the white patch on the forewing. Nacoleia amphicedalis does not have the pale basal line and has larger white patches at the wing apex.
